HVAC 1. Program description
Program name: HVAC Hero Account Access. HVAC Hero sends recurring transactional, account-related text messages only to authorized users of paid HVAC Hero customer accounts. Messages may include an app download link, account activation or access information, a one-time sign-in link or numeric sign-in code, and essential account notices. We do not send marketing, promotional, lead-generation, or sales texts through this program.
2. Consent and enrollment
Your employer may invite you to use its paid HVAC Hero account, but it cannot consent to text messages on your behalf. Before your work mobile number is submitted, you must personally agree to receive HVAC Hero Account Access texts after the required disclosures are shown or read to you. We record your affirmative consent, work mobile number, date and time, customer account, and consent source. If you decline, your number is not enrolled and no text message is sent. See the exact SMS enrollment and consent flow. Providing consent is not a condition of your employer's purchase.
3. Message frequency
Messages are recurring. Message frequency varies based on account activity, including enrollment, activation, user-requested sign-in, access recovery, and essential account changes.
4. Cost
Message and data rates may apply. HVAC Hero does not separately charge for these messages.
5. Opt out
You can cancel the SMS service at any time by replying STOP to the number that messaged you. After you send STOP, HVAC Hero will send a one-time confirmation that you have been unsubscribed and will not send further messages unless you provide new consent.

7. Carriers and delivery
Message delivery is subject to your mobile carrier's network availability. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Delivery to all carriers and devices is not guaranteed.
8. Your information
Information collected in connection with this SMS program is handled as described in our Privacy Policy. We do not sell, rent, or share mobile phone numbers, text-messaging originator opt-in data, or consent with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. That information will not be shared with any third parties, except messaging providers and aggregators solely as necessary to deliver and support the text-messaging program.
9. Changes
We may update these SMS Terms from time to time. We will post the updated version with a new effective date.
