Liam rolled up on an Energence Ultra rooftop that was running but would not respond to a cooling demand. The board was stacking three alarms — the kind of call that usually ends with a return trip and tech support on the phone.
Any one of these alarms is a short conversation. Three of them on the same board is a long afternoon with a 150-page manual and a parts-bin gamble.
HVAC Hero separated the real fault from the noise: alarms 93 and 74 were downstream symptoms. The lead fault was a missing wall sensor at P298-6/7. Once identified, a 15-minute fix.

AC kicking on during heat calls. The tech was about to swap a 3-phase monitor and an ignition control — HVAC Hero ruled both out, ID'd a lost network sensor, and walked Nathan into the Network Integration menu.
Board posting CC2 sensor fail. HVAC Hero verified the CC1 reading (13kΩ at 65°F vs. expected 13.4kΩ), then surfaced that CC2 was never landed at install. Open input, not a failed sensor.
